Qi Gong and Tai Chi


Tai Chi, Qi Gong and meditation have been used in the Far East for thousands of years. Today they have become popular in the West as stress and relaxation techniques. However, they are more than this – for when taught and practised correctly, they are also methods of  improving health and well being.

The forms developed by Nguyen Tinh Thong are an integration of soft Qi Gong styles, combined with foundation movements from various Tai Chi styles. Qi Gong is also beneficial to balance modern hectic stressed lifestyles which can effect our mental and physical well-being. These beneficial effects can help stress, overworking, sleep, energy and immune function.

The Qi Gong forms are taught as gentle flowing movements, and are for all body types, and all levels of fitness, no previous knowledge is necessary.
